glossary module issue:

Im still noobin @ all this so if this is not the rightplace for this question just say. I have searched for a resolution, posting is a last resort.

I have downloaded and installed the glossary module, put {cms_module module='Glossary'} in the template under the content are:

On initially navigating to my glossary page all is well but on clicking a term, the definition is expanded but the term list is repeated twice on the page. I am assuming (incorrectly?) that glossary is replacing the {contents} with the term list and definition expansion but my glossary tag is then also re-placing the tems list too. I might jut be really stupid on the way I have placed the content and glossary tags in the template (damn noobs) or it might be my admin settings but nothing I try resolves the issue.

I cant seem to change the glossary links options from inline to glossary page?  everytime i de-select inline and try to out to a page, the page selection will stick but the inline just remains enabled.

Again, this might all be me being dumb but I am soo stuck and would really appreciate any help or advice!

I can't quite visualize your problem - do you have a link so we could look at it?

On my site, I have "Glossary" called in the page content, rather than the template - do you need the glossary to show up on more than one page?
