Newbie - can't get anchors in page to work

I am using CMS Made Simple 1.0.4
I do my anchors as per normal (as in any HTML package) within page edit interface.
So in code I have as link in text up the top.
Then my text I link to has in source code.
Not sure what i am doing wrong?....Jan

Ah, thank you. Yes, it seems to be a tag I have to manually put in, rather tahn being able to do it through the HTML editor. But I did find out how to enter a link to another page in the HTML Editor without having to enter that tag manually! A good start!
