Anchors and ^Top stopped working after move to new server.

Greetings- (Note- Ifixed the ^top by going into a working site's template and copying a line of code, so it looks as if the ^Tops are working, but no anchors I create using on any page using the anchor button on the word-like interface)

I moved my CMSMS site from a MAC server to a PC server and changed the config.php to reflect the new server location and paths, etc. The site works but since the move, ALL of the ^TOP links at the bottom of each page bring the user back to the main page of the site. Also, when using the word-like interface on either newly created or old pages to insert a anchor onto a page, the same thing.

*When I create a new site on this server, the ^Top and Anchors work, so it must be a config issue from going from one server to the next. Any thoughts or fixes in detail please?

What does the code look like for the output from "the anchor button on the word-like interface"?...

Actually, it looks the like the anchor isnt working on any pages I have created (ones that were moved to my new server, and ones that were installed right on it) could it be the page editor that creates the anchor?
