Content Sometimes Not Updating

I'm using the most recent version of CMSMS.

Sometimes when I update a previously made content page, it does not update on my browser. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 changes before it shows up. I checked my cache settings (tried clearing it, quitting the browser, and then restarting), and also my history settings.

Is there some sort of cache function involved with CMSMS that I'm not aware of that keeps my browser from seeing the most updated content page?

there is a cache, but it shouldnt affect. check site admin -> global settings -> clear cache

Hmm, it seems when I clear the cache from the admin panel it fixes the pages.

Is there a way to fix it so that it updates all the time?

you can set pages not cacheable in edit page options tab, but its a bit more work for the server
