Standard Navigation Module Smarty Error

Post by Jedi7 »

Error Message:
string(90) "Smarty error: unable to read resource: "module_file_tpl:MenuManager;ellnav-accessible.tpl""

Happened when I followed directions from:
http://www.sub-editing.com/index.php?pa ... split_menu

SCMS Version 1.0.6 Running on Linux Server
URL of work in progress: http://www.jedisanctuary.org/articles/

I have Smarty errors return when I try to install some of the modules.  I suspect I may have a permission set wrong. I just started with SCMS so perhaps I missed something obvious.  I found a couple of good threads about a fix for Smarty errors but couldn't understand the directions for the fix or what they were talking about.

I have the default installation and haven't tried anything fancy.  Any tips appreciated.

???

I went through the installation directions again and made sure my directories that needed to be set to 777 were done so.  I found two needed adjusted.

That did not fix the issue so I found a good site for Smarty errors:
http://www.movalog.com/archives/dynamic ... ty-errors/

Next I tried to find the ellnav template

I looked in >>menumanager >>templates
I did not find it

I believe it's not finding the file perhaps or the file has a bad link in it.
