Write database cause Windows 2003 reboot

Windows 2003 + IIS +PHP 5 + MYSQL 4.1

No problem to read database ( visiting site ). But when try to modify content pages in Admin Panel, computer reboot right away after click "Submit" button.  Database operated by root.

What's the problem?

no records in logs.

When press "Submit" button, the computer reboots as quickly as reboot by pressing "Reset" button on the main box, even no logout process.

try with linux, if its not a hardware problem it will work
