adding a link to the cssmenu.tpl

I am wanting to add a link to the horizontal CSS menu. One that is not generated when adding a page but is added manually.

The link I want to add is to a blog that I have. 

I have imported the cssmenu.tpl into the database but now have no idea how I can add a link?

Just add a new content item, and change the content type to 'link', and add the appropriate url in the field that's provided.
