Ball park figure when quoting for work?

I'm looking to start building websites for a living (eventually) but initially it'll be for friends and family.

What I wanted to know is the average people quote when using CMSMS. I appreciate that each site will be different and hence the price will reflect that, but say if a client wanted a basic site with minimal changes.
