form wilt multiple form names not sending

i did 11 and 12 instead, that made it not able to change set 1, but it still wont change set 2.

is your problem, can't do that.. you can however do a table within a table

OK, i worked a little more in it, each section is in a table with in a tables row.  So, that part is done, Im just having trouble with getting it to show at all now.  Neither one of the 2 new options show up.  Any other ideas?  At least the id part works, i think.

i just realized that for this specific one, to just show one and not the other.  The one you helped me out with was adding one to the other. So i will go back to my other code that I made before.
