Menu ugly in IE, beautyfull in FF

If you look in IE (7.0 at least), the menu is ugly. See the difference with FF. Does anyone have a clue why this could be? Should I post more info, let me know.

I use CMSMS 1.0.6 (latest)

I am fairly sure this is to do with the way IE incorrectly renders unordered lists.
