changed webhosts, now no database, but cmsms still there, what now??

Hi

I recently changed webhosts the wrong way, only sending files across, not database info.

I still have the cmsmadesimple folder in my public_html folder

Is there anyway to create a new database and revive my old cmsms site?

In any CMS, all the content, news, templates, stylesheets etc are in the database. If you have lost the database, you have lost them. I hope the old database is still here and you can dump/backup it.
