Multiple Domains, Same Server?

I am on a shared server, my own account, with multiple domain names.  Can I load CMSmadesimple in the root directory and use it for multiple domains, as long as they are housed in the same server account?

what do you exactly mean, do you have multiple domains, but you want them all to point to the same CMSMS with the same content? If that is so, you can use a forward-rule from the domains that don't contain the CMS to the domain that has the cms.
