After Upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 ModuleManager doesn´t work

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

After Upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 ModuleManager doesn´t work

After upgrade from Version 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 (and then to 1.0.5) my ModulManager crashes with following Message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ff_helpsen_102\admin\moduleinterface.php on line 117
Whats wrong?

I'm not sure of the official "rule" on upgrading, but I find that if I upgrade in incremental steps I have less problems.  For example, upgrade .2 to .3 to .4 and then to the latest release 1.0.5.

I tried skipping once, and I had to start over with a new install.
