NMS 1.0.1. under CMSMS 1.0.5. / Problems when not logged in as admin

Using NMS 1.0.1. under CMSMS 1.0.5. i can only use all features of NMS when i am logged in as admin.
As i logg in with another user account important features are missing.

Why. What to do?
