Updating to a newer version of CMSMS: from 0.13 to 1.0.5 for example

I am looking for help from someone to upgrade a site in version 0.13 to 1.0.5 (the latest version at this moment).
I searched this forum and found a similar question posted on 28 september 2005 with rather short answer :
"install/upgrade.php".
This is for me to cryptic!
Please describe the steps to perform a upgrade from 0.13 to 1.0.5 without loosing content, stylesheets etc.
