Upgrade 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 fails at Search Module

Hello,
I try it again and again, but the Upgrade with Diff Package von 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 fails at the Point where Search Module will be updated.
The message is:

Upgrading Search module from 1.0.4 to 1.1...
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ff_helpsen_102\modules\Search\Search.module.php on line 403

Can somebody help me with this error and to get a clear Upgrade procedure.

Has nobody the same problems with the Upgrade or is there are no solution at the Moment?
