image plugin ?

Hi,

Does anyone have a plugin that can be placed in a template and in 'edit page' in admin section could add a new input field to upload image ? 

i mean something like this:

in template
{img}

and in admin section when editing page that would add a new input field to upload image and then show in {img} tag place

anything that can be just right now?
Looking for something like this aswell

I've now place a new content block on the place where the img should be,
so I can upload/add images with the editor, but less experienced users can totally mess things up this way..
