XML Feed help / advice please

I really need some help with this. I understand the principles but I'm next to useless with pactical XML.

We want to feed "live" XML data, into a page on a CMSMS site, from data already being used on a Windows site. You can see the actual data we want to serve in the url box at the site.

We own the rights to the data and feed, but the proggie on the Windows site is not helping and asking "what format do you want?". 

How can we serve this data in a CMSMS site, and what XML format should we ask the Windows proggie for?
