I would really appriciate some constructive critisism!

Some pages (under archive) use an flash slideshow/viewer. This is dynamic too. It  uses cmsms for content.

Very nicely done, congrats!
In Firefox the menu falls behind the flash. Look here for a solution.

I use firefox the whole time and it's ok om os x and on win too.
What os an browser version do You use???

I  tried Firefox-2.0.0.2 and Mozilla-1.7.13 under Linux. The menu falls behind the animation on both.

Nice and clean - looks great.

Beware of using bolded type on :hover in the menus.  Can force the text to wrap, expanding the menu item block and making the rest of the menu items jump downward.
