which upgrade dicument should be used to upgrade from 1.0.2 tot 1.0.5.
do you first need to upgrade to 1.0.3 and so on. or is the document called "upgrade from 1.0.4 to 1.0.5" the same for upgrades from earlier versions? short: are all previous upgrades included in the last one.
because i am unable to find the older upgrades from like say 1.0.2 to 1.0.4
