Glossary problem

Hi,
I use CMSMS for some time and mostly run it with no serious problem. Now, I have a problem that I couldn't find posted before: Well, if I turn on site filtering in Glossary module, there is a problem with links in the menu that contain term from the glossary - then the link contains another link and menu item looks odd, some parts of the code appear with the menu link... So, I wonder is there a way to prevent menu terms to be linked by glossary? Ah, yes, I almost forgot, it applies to  links in general, not just the menu.

Gosh, nobody? Maybe this applies to bug report? I realy need this solved somehow!
