Thumbnail links to videos from YouTube or Google

Hi,

I'll to find out if there is a way to create a thumbnail link on my main page, whereby it links to the actual video, like the way YouTube does it.
I know how to insert the video, but how do I create a gallery of theses videos without manually creating the thumbnails myself?

Unfortunately it's for WordPress. Anyway I can do this on CMSMS?

I would love this in CMSMC as well. I really hope there will be more plugins soon.

WordPress does have much more to offer in plugins, but isn't that easy as CMS with HTML templates..
