Well another try to get an answer on two FormBuilder question.
Is it possible to display a 'your message has been send' message after a submission.
Another option I would really like is a preview after pressing Send so people can check their submission and after which they can press Send for final submission. Is this possible?

You can set the page that formbuilder shows when someone has sent the form. It's one of the options when building the form so dig in.

what mesmer is getting at is in the previous version Feedback Form) it automatically displayed some thany you text within the contact page after submission. Creating a separate page just to say thank is not necessary when it can be done by the script and also would loko odd as it would show up in the next and back links.
Aside from the fact that feedback form sometimes does not allow you to change the order of your form elements, you can try that one instead if you want the thank you text.
