Links are not created correctly in editor... have two extra slashes in them

I've just noticed a problem when I use "Insert/Edit Link" in the editor.

I highlight the text that I want to be the link and then select the "Insert/Edit Link" button in the editor. I browse server and find the pdf file that I want and select it. Once selected the URL is shows as domain.com/cmsmadesimple-1.0.4/uploads///file.pdf

Shouldn't there only be a single slash between uploads/file.pdf ?

This bug seems present in 1.0.4 indeed (it happens on 1.0.4 here also).
Upgrade to cmsmadesimple-1.0.5 - it has the latest version of FCKeditor (2.4.1) and fixes this issue.
