change password...in selfregisteration

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

now I hava some problem that is to chage user.s password..
in my case,if user lost his password, admin don't have to change user's password in selfregister module..
why admin can't change user's password?
