Incomplete TinyMCE 2.05

I was download TinyMCE 2.05, but I see that there is incomplete archive zip and xml file. The TinyMCE was installed, but not working, because there is no some files. Maybe someone have a complete, working well version and could give a link to complete TinyMCE?

I have noticed this also, I think it's not that it's an incomplete package but it's incompatible with the latest versions of CMSMS
