unable to install cmsmadesimple

i am trying to install cmsmadesimple on local server in my office
i have installed WAMP
when i read through the handbook in step 4 it says in need to change permissions of foll folder

tmp/templates_c
tmp/cache
uploads
uploads/images
modules


however i am not able to find these folders on my local server.

any ideas or article on how to install cmsmadesimple on local host please advise

did you unzip the cmsms distribution archive?  those folders are contained within it. either use windows' "compressed folders" to unzip it or make sure 'preserve folders' option is selected in your third-party archive utility (winzip, winrar, etc). after it's unzipped, move the entire contents of the "cmsmadesimple" folder (you should have 11 files and 9 folders, totalling 8.28mb or so) to the directory within your web root where it will be installed.

changing permissions is a linux thing. you shouldn't run into any permissions problems on windows using a turnkey wamp installer.

Thanks a lot, maybe i had downloaded the zip file from a wrong website, I have downloaded it correctly and it contains all the folders now.
