Warning: Unknown(): open error on IE with Guestbook [resolved]

Hi all,

I'm using CMS CMS Made Simple 1.0.4 "Lanai", with the Guestbook 1.9 installed.

When i go to the guestbook page then click to another page in IE7 i get the following errors


Warning: Unknown(): open(/tmp/sess_6e229dde2b28b6cd79403161c50a2cc6, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown(): Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

At the bottom of the page, but I don't get this in firefox which is kinda worrying me know,

i think the CMS is fantastic just really want to get rid of these errors in IE

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For anyone who comes across this topic. I had this same error and was able to fix it by following the workaround described here: Re: session.save_path problem
