Troubles with linebreaks

Look what happened:

I already figured out the reason. When the content from one line in the admin interface for the page does not fit in one line on the website, it does that weird word wrap thing.
Can anybody help?
It only seems to be happening when I am using bigger fonts.

What you ask as nothing to do with CMSMS or, with that matter, with any particular technology. There is no quick fix.

In any layout, you need to be attentive to ratios and proportions. I suggest you'll pick up a good book about design, maybe classical or modern, you'll learn a lot. Start with "golden ratios" and "typography" basic principles.
