How can I change the default template depending on admin login

For discussion and questions related to CMS Specific templates and stylesheets (CSS), and themes. or layout issues. This is not a place for generic "I don't know CSS issues"

How can I change the default template depending on admin login

Has anyone got an idea of how I would go about this.
EG marketing group has logged into admin and I want them to use the template 'marketing layout' by default.
I only have some CSS changes per section and reckon some of the editors might forget to change the template.
