Album and exiff information

I'm using Album at a site and I just love it. So first of all two thumbs up guys!

Yesterday a photographer called me and asked if I can make him a portfolio site. Also he likes the Album module (lightbox) and does want me to get started on this thing. One thing though it is a necessity according to him for the module to display exiff information. Instead of the filename under the opened picture he wants stuff like photo title and size displayed there. I know it wouldn't be too hard to display the ALT info there however he does not want to edit this information manually.

I was wondering if this would be a feature that's coming in the 0.9 version and if not, does anybody know how to establish something like that myself?

Please make a look at PiPictures - it uses exif informations.
