Adding PHP Content

Post by afkham_azeez »

Hi Guys,
I just started evaluating CMSMS, and when I add PHP content and save it, CMSMS removes all PHP code. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Could someone please tell me how to do this correctly?

Basically, I want to have a single PHP page which captures data & stores it in a MySQL DB. This PHP page was added as new content.

Thanks in advance

That will work cause content is parsed by smarty. There are many other options to do that. The easiest is to use a userdefined tag (admin, menu extensions).
