Errors when trying to add pictures to a photoalbum

Hi

I installed photoalbum version 0.8.2. on CMS 1.0.4.
Everythings seams fine. Exept when trying to add pictures to the photoalbum I get the following error:

Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /home/httpd/vhosts/zugvoegel.ch/httpdocs/modules/Album/lib.browsepictures.php on line 158

I've set the permission for the whole album folder on rwx-rwx-rwx

Somebody knows this error?

I checked the lib.browsepictures.php file, line 159.
No idea what it could be? Has anyone?
