Tables in the wireframe3col : wireframe3col theme

This is a continuation of the "Graphical element destroyed" thread, but on a more general level.

The problem turns out to be the table settings in the wireframe3col : wireframe3col theme.

All tables, no matter which section they are in, are offset to the right. I run into the problem with a serach box built with three tables inside each other. I am not able to find which elements that causes these problems. But it is very frustrating not being able to use tables in a proper way.

The problem is illustrated in http://www.torvund.net/guitar/index.php?page=bookstore.

There is a simple set of tables in the left column and a search box at the bottom, and for both of them each inner table is offset to the right, causing the tables in the box not to be aligned. Also the outer (first) table is offset to the right, meaning that it is not possible to position tables properly.

I am using an "out of the box" implementation of  wireframe3col : wireframe3col , and the problem is there both when viewed in IE7 and in Opera.
