template manager (template import and export)

template manager (template import and export)

I really like the template manager, but I'm using it more now and noticing some things:

1. It doesn't export any referenced menu templates
2. It doesn't export any referenced global html blocks

Is this by design?

Can it be modified to also export these items?

When I import a template into another site, I generally get errors because my global blocks and menu templates are not present... then I have to manually copy them over to the new site.
