How come my "glossary" isn't searchable?

Post by zieglecu »

I'm using the Glossary / Dictionary module and just noticed the site search doesn't grab any of the terms, do you know of a way I can get the search to find these?

Thanks,
Curt

Have you tried to reindex your page in search admin?

Yea, that didn't seem to grab the terms. I thought since they used JavaScript it wasn't finding them so I tried a plain HTML type and reindexed, but that didn't help... is there a way to modify the search 'scope'?

;D
pisearch 1.72 works great.  it searches all content areas.  I was not excited to try it as i was liking the (idea of a) built in (cmsms v.1.0.4) search module.  except, it didnt search some of the most important content on the site.

So, thanks for pumping pisearch cyberman!  after breaking down, i find you have repeated the answer all along.

pisearch doesn't search the catalog items and I don't think it searchs the event calendar either.
