Step-by-step template conversion guide

A few days ago I stunmbled across a page that provided a step-by-step guide for taking a regular HTML template page and making it into a CMSMS template. However, despite looking all over I cannot find it now.

Please can someone point me to it.

NB. It wasn't the flash video trutorial for doing it that I am referring to - rather it was a page of text somewhere on this site that took the reader through the process.

Ronny many thanks for your reply. I have just changed the text of my original message to read wasn't rather than was concerning what I was looking for - apologies for my error! 

So it is the page of written instructions that I am looking for that I found a few days ago, but cannot find now.
