Hello
I've just finished a site which was working fine when being tested in a sublevel folder. I just published to the root and though the site works fine I can't get access to the admin folder 'does not exist'. I called the server guys who told me that they use a folder called admin for their own files, so I can't.
I'm guessing that I will need to change the name to admin2 or something in the config.php file, and of course on the admin folder - but is that it, or are there other files to edit?
If anyone has experienced this I'd appreciate their help,
thanks,
rhys
Server does not allow use of 'admin' folder - how to rename?

I'd have guessed the same : folder renaming and config.php reviewing.rhys wrote: I'm guessing that I will need to change the name to admin2 or something in the config.php file, and of course on the admin folder - but is that it, or are there other files to edit?
And backups before, of course.

Thanks Pierre,
I went for it - changing the folder name, then editing config.php and it works! (so far at least).
