minor svn omission

minor svn omission

The latest svn version - upgrade27-28 file is without the php after <? this may cause the unwary some problems - like me.

Is there some place that minor typos, spelling mistakes etc in svn versions can be bought to the attention of developers before release?

My bad  :-[ It's fixed in SVN now.

The forum is a good start; IRC would be even quicker (more direct)
