Extreme Tracking - safe for CMSMS?

I've never used the Extreme Tracking stats service but a potential client employs it on the site he wishes to be CMSified and would like to retain it.

Is anyone using Extreme Tracking with CMSMS or know of any pitfalls?

I guess it would report activity from editing sessions. Might this pose a security risk?

If you just put it on the page template it shouldn't  be run from the with Admin Panel except when Page Previews are used.

I wouldn't think that would be a problem.
