I think the wiki has a export option which could be used to create a pdf version.. havent tested tho..

I guess you missunderstood ...

The CMSms Wiki use wikimedia software. If you want to have a pdf, wikimedia needs an option to output pdf. But this can't be done from you.

Long speech, short sense - currently there's NO pdf version of User Handbook.
