Adding pages under menu hierarhy w/o displaying in menus?

Post by CRobledo »

Hello,

I'm using:
cmsms version 1.0.2
template: Top simple navigation + left subnavigation + 1 column

Does anyone know how to add content pages without having them appear in the top level or sub-level menus?  There is no "none" option from the menu drop-down box when I create new pages.  What I'd like to do is create pages that will be grouped under the correct menu hierarchy, but simply link to those pages instead of having them actually populate any of my menus (ex: lots and lots of meeting minutes that I'd like to simply list and link to from my Committee page, rather than show up in the menu).

Thank you!

I'm sorry - what I meant to say above is that selecting "none" from the menu drop-down list puts the pages in the top-level hierarchy.... it doesn't really NOT inlcude them in the data that populates the menus.

Under the "Options" tab uncheck "Show in Menu".
