Style Comments Module

I'm busy making a full functional blog with the news module and the comments module. The basics are working now, but I'm trying to  style the comments module.

I can style several things in the Comment Display Template like {$entry->comment_author} etc, but that's not the problem. I want to to style the input field and buttons too like the field lenght etc.

Is that possible and how do I do that? I know Mark is good with the news and blog, I hope you've an example for me!

Something like......
{$inputemail}
... is not working for styling the input field unfortunately..


edit: styling the input forms is solved, but is there any way to style the buttons?

so how DID you style the input forms? Im encountering the exact same problem, addressed in another thread as well.
