Can we Customize the CMSMS Admin Pages?

Hey All...

I asked about something similar before but I was wondering...is it possible to customize the design of the CMSMS Admin pages (i.e. not your site, but the control panel where you do the updating of your site)??  For example, is it possible to amend the Admin pages so that it has a different template, different colours, or even a different picture in place of the CMSMS Logo?

This would add a more unique/customized feel to the Site Management Section but I have no idea if it's feasible.  I know how to change the templates and styles of your site, but not the Admin section itself...any ideas??
