Text disappears from sub-sub menu

Guys im having a problem with text disappearing from the menu when it is 3 levels deep. The site is here: http://hydrogen.chfs.org.uk/chfs

if you go to departments and then hover over a department then click off of the menu, upon clicking departments again and hovering over a department the text in the sub sub menu has disappeared! Has anyone les encountered this? i have search the forum but not found anything! Im baffed! It looks like a rollover problem but I cant figure put how to fix it!

Im using IE7. It only happens with any submenu that also has a sub menu. Thanks for looking Mark

To recreate: browse to departments --> business studies, so that the business studies sub menu appears. Move the mouse up and off of the business studies menu. Now browse to departments --> business studies again.

There are some post/threads on the IE7 problem you have, try search...
