Browser Server Error for Adding Images

One of my admin users is getting this error when attempting to browse the server using the Add Image icon in the FDKEditor.

Error: Object required
Code: 0

She gets this error with IE 6 and IE 7.  I've testing with Firfox and IE 7 and it works fine for me.

Why is she getting the error and I'm not?

Help!!!! Please!!!
