Hi Blugecko

I like the look of your website but I spotted 3 typos on the front page.

is more common that -> that should be than

form of website is up -> "up"  I think should be deleted.

your not reaching your full potential! -> you're not reaching your full potential

But it looks great!

I like it :) ...

Do you use a really support ticket system inside CMSms or it is "only" a transformed contact_form?

It's just a hacked version of contact_form at this stage I was hoping to make a ticket system for my first cmsms project, but i think it will be a while off yet.

From one Gecko to another (both from Oz too!) - well done.  I really like your site, particularly the top navigation with the large squares.  The only negative feedback I have is that the body text looks too small.  Oh the other thing was that on your contact page you don't really tell us where you are.  I think most people would want to know where a company is located even just for peace of mind, some sort of address gives the business more credibility.  All the best with it all!

I can relate to the working from home thing because that is what I do too - I actually have a PO box address and wouldn't put my street address on my website either.  Why not just put the suburb, state and phone number (ABN number perhaps) - and maybe in your 'about us' section (if you had one...) you could put a bit about your company eg that you operated from xyz, Australia and some experience, and a bit about your history - definitely your full name so its more personalised yet professional.

From a visitor's point of view, I find when I'm looking online to buy things or deal with somebody, if I don't see where the company operates I feel abit doubtful with dealing/purchasing from them.  but if they display exactly where their office is or at least have a phone number to back it up, I feel more comfortable.

All the best  8)
