Upgrade from 0.13 to 1.0.4 Submit & News Problems

Hello I just upgraded from 0.13 to 1.0.4 on a system with PHP 4.4.2, MySQL 4.0.9 on IIS Server 2003 and I ran into some problems after a supposedly successful upgrade. 

First I can't submit Pages or Global Content Blocks after editing.  I just get a blank page (all white) and when I look at the page or Block again the changes are not saved.  Also when in Content > Pages I get the following error when I try to turn off a pages active state:

Error: the XML response that was returned from the server is invalid

Secondly when I go to edit or add News there is no space to enter data in the Summary or Content areas.  It's all grey.

I'm currently running two 0.13 installs, one 1.0.4 install (working fine), and this faulty upgrade on my system and it would be great if anyone could provide some help to get me back up and functioning at 100%.

On a widows server?...

I would check the paths in config.php...

Well the config.php file needed some paths to be corrected 'previews_path' and 'uploads_path'

I also changed the URL settings in regards to pretty urls and the backwards compatibility to match the working 1.0.4 install.

Still not working...

It seems that Archiver 0.1.1 is the culprit as when I Uninstall it everything works fine.

Any suggestions so that I can use Archiver to it's fullest?
