Installationn of a Links Module with Administration support

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hi
I have a client at www.kttours.co.uk who needs to add a links module with admin support. Would anyone like to take this project on..... Based in UK. Links page admin that allows for thumbnail on-off(upload already exists), title, limited text, http link to site in new window.
