I had site before also using same CMSMadeSimple, but due to some technical reason I lost all the contents. Now I am re-designing Site for the purpose of Education, learning and Information. Later on I will add more thing like jokes, pictures and may be videos.

But please advice me that how can I improve http://www.eRealMedia.com Site and make it beter.

You seem to be missing the footer on the home page, thus the new sidebar extends below the main content...looks a bit awkward. Maybe put a bit of space around the image, like this:

img {
  margin: 0 10px 10px 0;
}

Other than that, looks good.

It doesn't work without JavaScript. I use NoScript extension on Firefox and the page remains blank.

I tend to skip all sites that remain fully empty in this way unless I really really need to get something off the site, so you could consider fixing this

Yeah, I have the same problem, some of the content does not appears when I open mysite with FIREFOX browser
